GQEX Launches World’s First Exchange for Management System Certificates
Columbia, SC (7 April 2008) – Apogee Global Resources, Inc. has launched the business world’s first real-time exchange for management system certificates — The Global Quality Exchange™ (GQEX). Located at www.GQEX.net on the World Wide Web, GQEX™ incorporates and builds upon the acquired worldwide database of WhosRegistered.com Global, the largest global listing of certified suppliers anywhere in the world.

The tri-band ticker continually searches the database for new certificates and changes to existing certificates, which are then immediately transmitted to prospective purchasers, auditors, accreditation bodies and the entire business community. The top line transmits new companies and/or sites that have achieved certification along with a green “up” arrow or a red “down” arrow. The middle line of the ticker broadcasts 50- and 100-character paid advertisements, while the bottom line provides a constant marketing presence for each organization in the database. Users can also search for a specific organization.
The ticker is a proprietary web application that will be placed on all Apogee web sites, including well known sites operated by QSU Publishing and those of affiliate bodies, such as the Latin American quality organization, INLAC, the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) and other sponsors.
